TIMELINE: The titles are announced a the beginning of the year (around February) and the fourth, fifth and sixth graders in Connecticut have until the following January to read all ten (or as many as they can, but a minimum of five is recommended to qualify for voting). The students vote for their favorite Nutmeg nominee by January 31st.
