Students will make a timeline of the Renaissance and Reformation using Chapter 14 Sections 1 through 4 of their textbook. 

Students will have this single lesson to create a PowerPoint presentation in a Computer Lab.  Students must create their PowerPoint using the guidelines provided to them during Lesson 53.  They must submit their PowerPoint to Mrs. Rebhun's electronic drop box.

Students will be introduced to a mini research assignment that they will be carrying out in order to answer the essential question for this unit.  Students will choose an individual from the period of the Renaissance or Reformation and research that individual in order to determine whether they contributed or detracted from the pursuit of and ideal society.  The final product of their research will be a PowerPoint presentation.

Students will begin their first of three days researching in the Library Media Center.  Students will be expected to take notes using the attached Note Taking Sheets.  They must use two print sources and one source from ELibrary.  Print sources may not be checked out of the library, so all research must be done at school.
