5th grade HOMEWORK/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR September/October 2011

3. Rent instrument and buy method books and supplies:

           Essential Elements  2000 and String Basics

4. Practice all preperatory technique for your instrument once we                    havelearned it in class.

  a.     Bow hold on pencil.

  b.    Sitting forward on your chair.

  c.     Bow hold with bow alone

  d.     Instrument hold alone

  e.    Playing Pizzicato on open strings with a ringing tone    

5. EVERYTHING YOU LEARN IN CLASS PRACTICE AT HOME RIGHT AWAY!
