Accelerated English 2
Dear students and parents:
Students will read Carson McCuller's "The Ballad of the Sad Cafe" and William Faulkner's "A Rose for Emily."
They will then write a comparative essay based on these two stories.
The students will select a prompt and then write about the autobiography or biography they read for independent reading on October 15th.
