12/16/10 - Hamden Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team won its opening game of the season in exciting fashion beating Hamden 50 to 46 in a very physical battle here at Adams. Shaun Ross led the way, scoring 17 points with 12 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. Chris Rogers added 11 points and 4 rebounds, while Eduardo Palmieri contributed 11 points to go along with his 9 steals. Brendan Cutuli had 6 points and 7 rebounds, Tyler Donlan added 5 points, and Tony Pensa had 7 rebounds and 3 steals for Adams.
12/16/10 - Hamden Game 2
In the second game, Adams again found itself in a close contest, but ended up with the win 14 to 12. Jack Oman led the way with 5 points, John Suchy had 3, while Anthony Owens, Alex Pia, and Nate Tepley each added two. Judd Whiting had 5 rebounds to help pace Adams.
12/20/10 - Amity - Bethany Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team jumped out to a 15-6 lead by the end of the first quarter and never looked back to beat Bethany yesterday. Three quarters later, the onslaught ended in a 51-36 win for the undefeated Raiders. A balanced scoring attack saw five players all close to double digit points. Tyler Donlan led all scorers with 12 points and 4 assists. Chris Rogers added 10 points, 4 assists, 4 steals and 8 rebounds, Shaun Ross had 10 points, 8 steals, 6 rebounds and 3 assists, and Tony Pensa had 10 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Eduardo Palmieri added 9 points and 6 steals to round out the offense.
12/20/10 - Amity - Bethany Game 2
The second game was a back and forth battle that ended with an Adams win 15 to 12. Ben Fazzina led the way with 5 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists, while Mark Healy added 4 points, a steal, and an assist. Keegan Dostie added 2 points and 2 rebounds, Nate Tepley had 2 points, 3 rebounds and a steal, and Tyler Nelson completed the scoring with 2 points.
1/6/11 - New Haven Game 1
The Adams basketball team remained undefeated with a 57 to 43 victory over New Haven yesterday. Eight different players scored for Adams, led by Chris Rogers with 14 points and 9 steals, and Shaun Ross with 10 points, 7 steals and 5 assists. Tyler Donlan added 9 points and 7 assists, while Brendan Cutuli had 8 points and 7 rebounds. Eduardo Palmieri had 6 points and 7 steals, Max Ehrlich and Nash Singleton each had 4 points, and Tony Pensa had 2 to round out the scoring.
1/6/11 - New Haven Game 2
In the second game, Adams outmatched New Haven 18 to 10 behind Jack Oman's 6 points. Ben Fazzina and Nate Tepley had 4 points apiece. James Bright added 2 points and 4 rebounds, while Mark Healy had 2 points of his own.
1/14/11 - East Haven Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team jumped out to a huge lead against an overmatched East Haven team behind 35 steals and 43 rebounds to win 49-34 and remain undefeated. Chris Rogers had 12 points, 11 steals, 7 rebounds and 6 assists, Eduardo Palmieri added 12 points and 6 rebounds, and Tyler Donlan added 10 points and 5 assists. Tony Pensa scored 4 points and had 7 rebounds, Nash Singleton scored 4 points, and Shaun Ross had 8 rebounds, 7 assists, and 6 steals. Anthony Owens and Judd Whiting each had 2 points, while Pierre Weber, Ned Gresham, and Alex Potocsny scored 1 apiece.
1/14/11 - East Haven Game 2
The second game was a back and forth battle, but, ultimately, East Haven pulled away in the end to win 17-12. Keegan Dostie led all scorers with 4 points, while Mark Healy, Jack Oman, Nate Tepley, and James Bright each added a basket.
1/20/11 - Bailey (West Haven) Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team held on to beat a tough Bailey team 48 to 43 in front of a hostile crowd in West Haven to remain undefeated. Chris Rogers led all scorers with 17 points and also added 11 steals and 5 rebounds. Shaun Ross had 11 points to go with 8 rebounds and 8 steals while Eduardo Palmieri had 8 points and 5 steals. Tyler Donlan contributed 6 points and led the team with 6 assists, Brendan Cutuli had 4 points, 6 steals, and 4 rebounds, and Tony Pensa had 2 points to round out the scoring.
1/20/11 - Bailey (West Haven) Game 2
In the second game, Adams jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, beating West Haven 13 to 4. Rob Heller led all scorers with 3 points, while Judd Whiting had 2 points and 5 rebounds. Ben Fazzina, Mark Healy, Anthony Owens, and Nate Tepley all scored baskets for Adams.
1/25/11 - Shelton Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team beat a strong Shelton team 53-35 to remain undefeated on the season behind Tony Pensa's 16 points. Tyler Donlan added 10 points and 8 assists, Eduardo Palmieri had 9 points and 5 assists, and Shaun Ross contributed 7 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds and 4 steals to pace Adams. Chris Rogers had 4 points and 5 steals despite being in foul trouble most of the game, Alex Pia had 3 points, and Judd Whiting and Brendan Cutuli each had 2.
1/25/11 - Shelton Game 2
Adams was unable to keep pace with Shelton in the second game, losing 24 to 15. Ben Fazzina led Adams with 5 points, while Alex Potocsny, Alex Pia, Pierre Weber, Arijan Kandic, and Keegan Dostie each had baskets.
1/31/11 - Madison Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team beat rival Madison yesterday 41 to 34 to remain undefeated on the season. Chris Rogers led all scorers with 15 points and 7 steals, while Tyler Donlan added 9 points, 6 assists and 3 steals. Brendan Cutuli chipped in 7 points to go with his 7 steals and 5 rebounds, Tony Pensa added 4 points and 6 steals, and Eduardo Palmieri added 4 points of his own. Shaun Ross added 2 points and 4 steals to round out the scoring.
1/31/11 - Madison Game 2
Madison jumped out to a lead in the second game with some impressive three-point shooting, and Adams was unable to keep pace in a 21 to 15 loss. Alex Pia led Adams' scorers with 3 points, while Judd Whiting, John Suchy, Alex Potocsny, Nash Singleton, Pierre Weber and Mark Healy each added a basket.
2/3/11 - Amity - Orange Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team remained undefeated yesterday with a 62 to 46 victory at Amity of Orange. Eduardo Palmieri led all scorers with 15 points and added 5 steals and 4 assists. Max Ehrlich added 13 points, Chris Rogers had 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, while Shaun Ross had 8 points to go along with 9 steals and 9 rebounds. Tyler Donlan led the team with 10 assists and added 7 points, Tony Pensa contributed 10 rebounds and 6 points, and Brendan Cutuli rounded out the scoring with 4 points and 4 rebounds.
2/3/11 - Amity - Orange Game 2
In the second game, Orange jumped out to a huge lead and held on for the win, as Adams fell 18 to 4. Mark Healy and Ben Fazzina each scored for Adams.
2/7/11 - East Haven Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team beat East Haven to remain undefeated on the season with a 51 to 36 victory. Shaun Ross led all scorers with 14 points and added 5 rebounds and 5 steals. Tyler Donlan had 12 points and 4 assists, while Chris Rogers added 12 points of his own to go along with 6 steals and 4 assists. Tony Pensa had 4 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists, Max Ehrlich had 4 points and 5 rebounds, Brendan Cutuli had 3 points and 7 rebounds, and Alex Pia added a basket to close out the scoring for Adams.
2/7/11 - East Haven Game 2
In the second game, Tyler Nelson hit the game winning basket as time expired as Adams won 11 to 9. Ben Fazzina led all scorers with 7 points, Jack Oman added 2, and Nelson added the final basket to close out the win.
2/9/11 - North Haven Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball won its tenth straight game to remain undefeated yesterday as it beat North Haven 52 to 32. After a bit of a sluggish start, Adams led 30 to 7 at halftime and never looked back. Shaun Ross led all scorers with 24 points and added 11 steals and 6 rebounds. Tyler Donlan had 13 points and 5 assists, and Chris Rogers added 9 points and 5 steals. Max Ehrlich and Pierre Weber each had 2 points, Tony Pensa had 1 point and 9 rebounds, Ned Gresham had a point, and Brendan Cutuli added 7 rebounds for Adams.
2/9/11 - North Haven Game 2
North Haven jumped out to a lead in the second game and held on to win, beating Adams 14-4. The Adams offense was led by Anthony Owens and Tyler Nelson, each with a basket.
2/10/11 - Madison Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team beat rival Madison yesterday 47 to 43 for its eleventh straight win so far in their undefeated season. Chris Rogers led all scorers with 17 points, and added 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Shaun Ross had 11 points, 7 assists, and 4 steals, Tyler Donlan scored 10 points to go along with 5 assists, and Eduardo Palmieri contributed 9 points. Brendan Cutuli led the team with 7 rebounds. The team plays its final game on Monday to try and end the season undefeated with 12 wins and no losses.
2/10/11 - Madison Game 2
In the second game, Madison jumped out to a quick lead and maintained that advantage through the end of the game, winning 15-5. Alex Pia had 3 points and Anthony Owens added 2 to pace the offense for Adams.
2/14/11 - Branford Game 1
The Adams boys' basketball team completed their undefeated season yesterday with a 59 to 37 victory over Branford. Chris Rogers led all scorers with 12 points and added 6 steals. Shaun Ross added 11 points, 5 steals, and 4 rebounds, while Eduardo Palmieri scored 9 points and had 4 steals. Tyler Donlan scored 7 points and added 6 assists, while Max Ehrlich had 6 points of his own. Nash Singleton and Pierre Weber each hit three-point shots, while Tony Pensa, Judd Whiting, and Alex Pia each had one basket apiece. Brendan Cutuli had 2 points and 5 steals to round out the offense.
2/14/11 - Branford Game 2
Adams fell behind in the second game early and were unable to catch up with Branford's offensive output. Nate Tepley and Jack Oman each scored baskets for Adams.
