Application Process

To establish a complete pre-employment file, please complete the online application. We will keep your application on file through December of the year in which you submit it. At that time you will receive email notification to determine if you wish for it to remain on file for another year. If your background meets our qualifications, we may contact you for further information and a possible interview.

All supporting application materials requested (resumes, cover letters, transcripts, etc.) are required for you to be considered for a position. These materials must be uploaded with your application. Please do not hand deliver, mail, or fax these materials to us. This information must be supplied electronically (Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF formats) through the online application process. If you do not have your supporting materials in an electronic form, you may wish to visit a local business services company (Kinko's, OfficeMax, Staples, etc.) or your university career services department, as they should have the resources to help you scan your "hard copy" materials and save them in Adobe PDF format.

Substitute Application Process

Effective March 1, 2014 through July 31, 2014 we will not be accepting applications for any of our substitute positions. The pool is closed at this time and will reopen on August 1.
