Strategic PlanThe Strategic Plan encompasses the district's goals, areas of focus and action steps identified by the Steering Committee. In the fall of 2004, Guilford Public Schools Board of Education embarked on this planning process recognizing that contemporary public education faces a dynamic and changing set of challenges and opportunities. The process included conducting more than 25 focus groups inclusive of members of the community, parents, students, and school faculty, staff and administration.
